We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an error has occurred on our behalf (for example, an incorrect or defective item).

We recommend reviewing all product information, sizing details, and images carefully prior to completing your order.

If you wish to mix sizes or have any specific or custom requests, please contact us directly. Our team will be happy to assist and help accommodate your order wherever possible.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

At 4thelow apparel, we want to ensure every order is handled with care from start to finish.

Please note that processing time and delivery time are two separate stages in the order journey.

1. Processing Time (Before Shipping)

Processing refers to the time required to prepare your order before it is shipped.

This stage includes:

Confirming your order details
Coordinating with our suppliers
Receiving your item(s) at our facility
Conducting quality inspections
Carefully packaging your order for shipment

Processing typically takes 3–14 business days.

During this period, your order status may still appear as “processing” — this is completely normal.

2. Delivery Time (After Shipping)

Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided.

This is the period your package spends in transit with the courier.

Standard delivery usually takes 6–21 business days after processing is complete.

If you’ve ordered multiple items, please select the same shipping option for all products to ensure consistent delivery timing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. If you haven’t received one yet, your order is still in the processing stage.

Shipping is based on your location and the items in your order. At 4TheLow Apparel, we have a fixed price of 12.99 for shipping.
